At the time of this review, get this 200ml sachet of shower gel for around £6There are plenty of shower gels, available online or in local supermarkets for a lot less money than this. I did some exercise yesterday followed by a busy and strenuous yoga class. When I got home, I use some of the shower gel.The gel comes in a soft plastic sachet container with a thin carabiner hook to hang it up, should you wish. It has a very pleasant scent what is difficult to pin down exactly what that smell is, the ingredients list doesn’t help much but there is definitely some citrus in there.I wouldn’t say the smell is particularly Masculine but if you were to consider only two types of aroma, male and female, it’s definitely not a flowery feminine side.I Haven’t woken up with any dry skin or itchy patches, listen ingredients does include amongst other oils, olive oil.I have some concerns about the cap on this sachet and whether I would comfortably chat this in the gym bag. I have no further care was just gonna pop open and the contents spill out, it hasn’t happened to me. I’m not sure I would be comfortable putting this in a sports bag unless it was in the side pocket. It’s not that the Pops open easily, there isn’t actually much of an overhang on it to open it easily, I would just be concerned if it got squashed, the pressure might force the cap open.Overall, it’s a nice product, it’s smells nice, it foams up well in the shower but the price a little high in my opinion.

Not sure how much it assists my recovery after a workout, but the packaging is cool and the scent is pleasant.

Quite an interesting packaging just not sure why the carabiner... well at least it got me talking.As per the shower gel formula then it is pretty standard, lathers and soaps very well and you need just a bit to get it all bubbly and nice.Can't confirm the "body recovery" claims even though I used it after a heavy gym session. I do think that showed is a bit too short to get any results and in general, you might need to consider Magnesium supplements if you are struggling with recovery.But I did like the scent, it reminds me of pine forest. Quite a strong and refreshing scent it is.

I have Just used this Shower gel. It lavers up really well and it is very creamy once applied to skin. The Fragrance reminds me of pino sil vesto aftershave from years ago. Refreshing forest pine woodland. Unfortunately for me I did not experience any muscle soak relaxation, just normal shower gel. Nothing fancy or any different to everyday shower gels. When applying to a sponge, it came out in large quantities so it will not last very long. All in all a great shower gel but far too expensive.

This sports shower gel would make a good gift for anyone who likes a relaxing shower after exercise. It comes in a sachet with a handy hook for hanging up in the shower and would last for quite a few washes. Not sure you should use for normal showering thought - just for after workouts.I'm never sure how well these muscle relaxants work really or if it's just placebo but this comes at a decent price and seems quite good.
