Q: Will this darken light colored leather (light pink or white)?

no...we have a white leather couch and hasn't seemed to affect the color.

Q: Will this repair small cracks in PU couch?

No. This is a leather conditioner. It will not repair a crack in PolyUrethane

Q: will this protect my car seat during summer weather? it gets up to 3 digits here in my area.

If the seats of your car are leather, I think it would work fine. It just puts a very thin film or covering over the leather. You can't see it as you apply it, except it's damp. It dries quickly. I've used it for years on all my leather furniture inside the house, so I can't specifically address 3-digit temps but my guess is that it would be fine. All it does is make the leather supple - doesn't get brittle like leather can get when it ages. I love it. Don't think you'd have a problem - I think it's worth a try. If you're really worried, you could try it on a small area that's not seen easily and see if very high temps inside the car would affect the leather. Just a suggestion.

Q: Will this prevent blue jeans from staining the leather?

I can not see this working against staining the leather. I had the same problem with my leather seats in the car. Lucky Brand jeans bleed the worst. Only a seat cover can prevent this from happening. I have used this Guardsman letter lotion and spot cleaner on our high quality leather sofa for years and years, to keep the leather smooth and flexible. Our 17 year old sofa looks like new. I'd either switch brand of jeans or buy a cover;-)
