A bit painful for extended wear, but a wonderful ballgag.
The gag fits and fills my mouth perfectly, the only problems are the lips and the strap. The gag has the same problem many others do in that it pinches the corners of the mouth occasionally. The gag is so large the sides of the mouth are stretched quite taut. The sides of the mouth are also where the ball has slits cut into for the stap. If the gag moves around at all it tends to catch tiny bits of the corners of the mouth in that slit and tear them off because of the pressure. After wearing the gag for a couple hours I feel it necessary to take a day or two off for my mouth to heal and so I can even open my mouth wide enough to put it back in.Even so, it's the best ballgag I've tried. I just wish there were one more hole on the strap though so it could be fastened even tighter. When it's tightened as much as it can be it is very difficult to push the gag out, and then only possible if the strap is at the one spot on the neck that gives it the most play. If paired with something like a posture collar that can keep the strap higher up on the neck pushing the gag out is absolutely impossible.

Nice and well made
Well made and the PU pleather is actually nice looking and feeling, doesn't look or feel cheap. Ball is 2 inches, but still too small for me. I wish this brand made a 3incher! Only complaint is that the ball slides around too easily on it's strap

Large ball, but perfect for us.
If you want a large ball that will stretch a jaw and stay in place, this is the one for you. We have another one with a smaller ball and it's too easy to dislodge/spit out, so we love this one!

Cheaply made

Tight!!!
Very good product!!! Authentic and genuine. Definitely gonna have to get used to that size of a ball, very little wiggle room. Definitely confining feel with the padlock on the strap. Those who engage in self play, be careful, it is tight until you are free. Would buy again definitely!!!

Good for Big Mouths

This thing is huge!
Not for the faint of heart! I personally have what I would consider a large mouth so I ordered this thinking that it would be a good fit, boy was I sorely mistaken lol. It's a great product, just wouldn't recommend buying if you have no experience with ball gags.
