How to fit a Bose headset? It seems awkward in the outside pocket and kinda squished.

I have the Clark headset. It seems bulkier than the Bose headset, no? The headset compartment is actually inside the bag and plenty spacious. I have only ever placed it there and it fits perfectly.

Can i fit a 3 ring binder and a dc headset into this? i need the binder for my lessons, and some other required documents.

8.5x11 3 ring binder will definitely not fit. Great bag, but on the small size. As a student pilot, I found it was *barely* big enough for all the extra stuff I carried (spiral POH, syllabus book, TAC and Sectionals, plotter and E6B), and my neither my Flight Outfitters kneeboard nor my iPad mount fit inside. Now that I'm past that and flying with just my iPad (and backup iPad) and can leave my ipad mount in the plane, its a nice size.
