Everybody who has used my knives (bought 2 when I purchased) has raved about them.They are sharp so I don’t have to use as much pressure so it helps my hands, easier to use than any of my other paring knives based upon the way the handles are made, and the tip is perfect for removing pits, eyes, etc. in fruits and vegetables.I now have two different lengths in the paring knives, with one being a serrated and two with straight edges. Will definitely be purchasing more in different configurations in the near future.

I go through paring knives like crazy. I like these better than my expensive paring knives because even when I get them professionally sharpened, they just don't seem to hold a sharp edge(yes, I use a honer every time)these little babies are super easy to use, really lightweight so no hand cramping during long use.haven't had to sharpen yet but if I can't get it sharp enough, at this price, I'll just restock! very happy with these knives.

I bought these after watching America’s test kitchen and I’m so glad I did. I am very pleased with the performance of these knives. I bought this pink color because I could get 2 knives for the same price as one black one. I’m surprisingly happy with the bright color because it makes the knives easy to identify.

The knife itself is not bad, a little small for my larger hands but sharp and good blade. Please note the knife I ordered indicated it was a two piece blister pack, meaning two knifes, but I only received one, Had Amazon not intervened I would have paid for two knives but only received one. I am waiting to see if I get charged for the second knife Amazon got for me. Just be careful to get what you order.

Victorinox. What else needs to be said? Always a good buy. 2 for $10. Dosen't matter what color the handle is. 2 great knives at a good price.

Right price and excellent quality

Victorinox are well known for quality knives and these are no exception. Be very careful as these are very sharp and remain very sharp! I also love the coloured handles, it makes them easier to find in a crowded drawer. The only thing lacking is a knife sheath but then these are very cheap for such good quality knives.My friend requested these knives for her birthday and this is her feedback: Received the above knives today and they are fabulous. Just the right size and peeled potatoes like a dream. No pressure whatsoever and 're commend them highly ☺

As a cakemaker a sharp small paring knife is a must. These have a thin blade which works so well for me. Everything is much easier, so I ordered two and also use for my vegetables. I will in time replace all my knives with this brand. Perfect

I had been warning everyone after reading the reviews - approach the knives with caution, they're supposed to be really sharp! - well, actually, when used for peeling I found them just right, not too sharp, just perfect. For slicing, yes, they're very good and quite sharp. It was while jabbing the tip of the knife into baked potatoes in a rather happy go lucky manner that I remembered just how sharp they are - the tip is lethal - I missed a potato by a fraction and the tip went into my thumb, and bleeding ensued. Still, could have been worse. Fingers all still intact. They have a good grip and do the job just as I had hoped. Recommended.

I bought a twin pack and gave my sons one each as Christmas gifts, in pink, my favourite colour, so they could think of me as they sliced and diced, ha ha. They both love them and report the blades are still razor sharp after several uses. Lovely job! :)

I love Victorinox knives, especially these smaller sizes. They are incredibly sharp and the thin blades make it easy to cut cleanly and precisely with them. The blades stay sharp, but are also easy to re-sharpen when necessary.
