Gift for my Parents & their new griddle. They loved it!It's bigger than you'd expect, and it will hold a lot. Perfect for fried rice. My Parents have used it for different veggies like whole asparagus, onions, mushrooms. Burgers were perfect, my Mom pressed them with the bottom part, but closer to the handle. After using my Blackstone griddle a few times for either diced potatoes and onions, or scrambled eggs with sausage, transferring from griddle to transport dish has been a chore. Using two spatulas was almost an exercise in futility and frustration.Then I saw this "shovel". My, oh my, what a game changer! Now once the taters or eggies are done, I just use this like a dust pan and use a spatula to load this up and make food transfer super easy! This would also be helpful for a large side of fried rice.Definitely recommend as a must-have tool for griddle cooking!

My only wish is that the edge was flat sometimes...
