I have been using this atta for 2 years now...this is the best there is in the market...makes the best roties...never looked at the expiry date...i use 2 to 3 a month...outstanding stuff...this stuff is manufactured under license in india...last time i checked...so expiry shouldn't be a problem i think....its a Italian brand ....famous all over Europe...hope i have helped
