Won the contest hands down. It was a tiny bit big for my husband. I put an adhesive foam strip inside rim. Worked perfectly. So much fun to wear.I did spruce it up a bit by use of paint and small strips of fake fur. (Use your imagination or See Pinterest for ideas.)Great costume accessory at a good price with fast delivery.

This is a great solid plastic costume Viking helmet. PROS: its made of rigid plastic (some of the others are made of a softer floppy rubber), the color is very cool with gray and streaks of black, it fits my adult size average to slightly above average sized head, it's a good value for the price. CONS: the hard plastic can press on your forehead and leave a mark for short time after you take the helmet off (but the plastic is flexible enough you can squeeze the helmet and reshape it slightly so the front doesn't press on your forehead), it is a little top heavy with the horns and will fall off if you tilt your head forward. OVERALL: the cons are just what you would expect from a plastic costume helmet, as compared to a regular hat (baseball cap, etc.), and this is an excellent choice for a costume Viking helmet.

I modified mine a bit, I glued Naugahyde to the sides and used copper tape on the middle section, I painted the horns ivory and added fur to the base of the horns and the helmet… I did not care for the middle spike so I left it off

personally the color wasn't super nice when i got it. but this product quickly turned into one of my most favorite once i painted it and added fur. absolutely an amazing product to paint and a good helmet for a costume or cosplay. painted or not.

I used this same body of text for another helmet I bought but ALL the details are relevant for this one as well:I bought this helmet, and a couple others, to “liven up” my lessons on the Vikings.The students got a kick out of it.The overall quality is good, and for the price and the amount of time I’d be wearing it, this purchase was well worth it.I do have a “large” head, so this was snug and did leave lines and red marks on my forehead but again, for the time I wore it, these issues were insignificant for me.I do recommend this and would buy again from this vendor.

So I got this for a Halloween costume. It sat OK on my head but really was too big so I superglued some foam pads inside. I also did not like the horns looking like metal so I painted them white. Everything worked out really well.

Haben den Helm etwas nachbearbeitet mit Fell an den Hörnern. :-) Erfüllt definitiv seinen Zweck. Der Zusammenbau erfüllte sich kinderleicht. Leider fehlte beim ersten Bestellversuch ein Horn. Rückversand und Neulieferung waren unkompliziert, schnell und kostenneutral.

I bought it for my 8 yr old grandson as we had recently been to Norway but had been unable to find a reasonably priced good quality helmet in tourist shops there. This was a good strong helmet that looks good that I saw when we got home, so a little late for a souvenir for him but will come in handy when he covers The Vikings at school.

Sieht gut aus , aber wie gesagt ,dür Fasching und Spiel mit Kindern top , aber als Deko in einer Wohnung , eher Geschmacksache. Kam leicht verformt an. Habe Kopfweite 58 - 60 und passt gerade noch. Dickere Perücke wird eng. Sonst voll OK. Preis - Leistung passt und superschnelle Lieferung.
