Amazing . . .
I started taking this as an alternative to taking prescription medication. I periodically struggle with low mood and quite frankly, lockdown wasn't helping. I read the reviews for these and decided to give them a good because the reviews were so positive. What a good decision, I've been taking them now for a little over a week and the improvement in my mood has been quite amazing. I have more energy, I'm calmer and my mood is much more stable. Excellent product.

Not for me
So I have read a lot about benefits from this plant and I decided to try. I have problem with anxiety and I manage it with mindfulness but I wanted to have somthing to relax me quicker when I am dealing with more stress and sometimes i need more energy that its says will give me.But unfortunately this is not for me. First time I took 2 tablets before bed to help me sleep better, I slept nice but woke up around 6 with heart racing. So next time I took 1 and was similar experience.Then I decided to try one in the morning and after couple hours suddenly I would feel that my heart would just jump if I can say like that. And made me restless at day time. I decided to stop using them as they make my anxiety worse. As I said I learn how to manage it and I just wanted somthing to help me when I am overstressed, unfortunately this didn't helped me at all. Maybe for some people is working but not for me.

Great product.
Can't say enough good things about this extract. All natural fillers and strong potency! It's more effective than other brands I have tried. I really rely on Rhodiola in the winter. It really boosts my energy and helps with winter blues. Highly recommended!
