I love this! Perfect container to use just for the make up brush cleaner.

This tin is a total hit. Before getting this, I was using whatever thing I had near (my hand, a glove, a product cap, etc), but I was wasting a lot of product in the process. This is an empty tin. It’s not intended to keep or handle product inside. This is perfect for pouring your favorite cleanser (shampoo, the cinema secrets cleanser, or any other one you use) and di makeup brushes/beautyblender/tools for deep cleaning, even big kabukis or powder brushes! You don’t even need rinsing with water if you use the CS cleanser, so whatever is the method you prefer, it’s going to work! It’s super easy to use, and it cuts the brush-cleaning time in half- meaning I'm willing to clean my brushes more often. Totally worth it!

Works well for the brand's brush cleaner

Don't let the negative reviews deter you. Most of the reviews have nothing to do with the product but instead has to do with people not reading the product's description to know what they are getting.This is an EMPTY tin (it says this in the description). It will hold 2 ounces of the Cinema Secrets Brush Cleaner. The tin has the NEW company logo on the lid ("Cinema Secrets Pro-Cosmetics"). The picture of the product listing is the OLD company logo (with the faces). The lid screws on and creates a seal so it doesn't leak. The product is meant for travel, hence it's small size. If you're not using this professionally, I would recommend not filling it with 2 ounces of product, but instead, fill it with only what you need for your cleaning. The only brush that I cannot dip in the tin is my extra large round powder brush. I use a small 2 ounce spray bottle for my extra large brushes. The product is GREAT for professional use and very handy for home use! Attached is a photo of Cinema Secrets current logo.

This truly is a great little gadget; that any makeup user will benefit from. I have LOADS of makeup brushes, and still get plenty of use out of it; While this would be especially phenomenal for someone with a smaller collection of brushes. Of course SOME colors are going to semi-stain (by formulation) just a few swipes on this bad boy & that brush is ready to use again!! If you have the few dollars to spare, it’s definitely worth it!

I recently got my girl friend the Cinema Secrets brush cleaner. It works great so I also decided to get her the handy little tin to go with it. It's nice so you can soak and stir the brushes around in the cleaner. However, just be careful with the storage. It drips a little bit. If your not moving the tin around a lot then this will do fine. Still a nice accessory to have.

You need something like this in your kit because sometimes you need to sanitize between clients and this is a great, effective, clean, and safe way to do it.Have a lot of clients ?Simply fill it up half way with a brush cleaner and let the brush soak. Dry off on paper towel or cloth. Repeat.

Unfortunately, it was only after I received this product that I realized that it was only the tin, and not the actual product. Definitely a mistake on my end - I thought this was a sample size, not just a container, which is why it's at three stars instead of two. But I'm still a little irritated at the seller for selling the container in the same product listing as the actual product and not making it more clear, especially given the fairly exorbitant shipping charges. Not the end of the world, but it does not endear me to the company. So everyone else take note: the 2 oz is for a tin, not the actual product. It looks as though you need to move up to the 4 oz to get actual make-up remover.
