So there are many reviews, which I actually saw few days back after using this product for 3 months. I find them misleading as I myself have used this product and found out no side effects or any fake-ness in it.The usage of product is advised as 3 scoops in one serving for 1800+ calories and this brings less serving overall on the pack. I rather used it 1 scoop in morning and 1 in evening, everytime with 250ml milk, 2 bananas, 5 dates(in morning), 5 almonds, 50g oats powder, 2 tbsp peanut butter. This overall brings 1100+ calories in one thick shake and is tasty as well. So my mass gainer adds up to 2200+ calories a day, rest is my three times of proper diet and exercise. 59 kg to 71 kg in 3 months, little fat gain around belly, but high energy levels for workout was experienced by me.

এই প্রোডাক্টটা চারদিন খেলে তোমার শেষ হয়ে যাবে তুমি যদি শরীরে ওজন বাড়াতে চাও তাহলে এক মাসের মধ্যে মিনিমাম পাঁচটি এরকম ডাব্বা খেতে হবে এটার মধ্যে একটা চামচ থাকে এই চামচটা প্রায় ৫০০ গ্রাম এবার তুমি হিসাব করে নিয়ে নাও তুমি যদি দিনে দুইবার খাও তাহলে তোমার কয়দিন যাবে অনেক বড় একটা চামচ এটা দেখে তো আমার মাথায় গরম হয়ে গেছে যখন আমি প্রোডাক্ট আনি তারপর রিচার্জ করে দেখি এই প্রোডাক্টটা চার দিন থেকে পাঁচ দিনের মধ্যে শেষ হয়ে যায় 🤣 আমি ২০০০ টাকা দিয়ে মিনিমাম দশ দিন বিরানি মাংস খেয়ে চলতে পারতাম আমার পুরো টাকাটি লস হল 🤣
