Fits and works great! Original broke almost immediately. This fits and works great!

Needs matching flywheeel with spring tabs
Works if you have the spring tabs flywheel. The other flywheel with aluminum angle teeth is no good.

GARBAGE STAY AWAY
I definitely wouldn't recommend this part STAY AWAY!!! It broke on the second pull and now the pull cord will not retract, and they will not replace the part or give me a refund. GARBAGE AND WASTE OF MONEY

Fit and quality
The part didn't fit the bolt holes well. I had to twist it. Rope frayed right away. The part seems to be made of metal which is better.

Garbage
Broke the day I installed it. The housing is made of aluminum and fine, but the spool that holds the rope is what broke. The housing for the spring is made of plastic, and failed.
