Seems well built, and does the job..
Got this a few days ago and have made cheung fun a few times with it so far. My Cantonese wife is very happy with the results ;-)The unit itself seems well made - stainless steel, not too thick to be too heavy, not too thin as to be too flimsy. All the edges are rolled so there's no sharp edges anywhere. The unit held water and there are no leaks when using it on the stovetop. Being able to open the top is very convenient for filling and checking the water level.I wasn't particularly thrilled with the cheap looking E-KEYWAY sticker on the top that seems to be put on there with some sort of permanent glue, but that's a minor quibble. All in all, I think this makes a nice addition to our kitchen.Addendum: One of the keys to using a steamer like this is it has to be *absolutely* level on the stove. Otherwise, your rice rolls/noodles will come out uneven thickness.I'm ordering a small stick on bubble level from Amazon to put on the top to help with leveling/setup.If any vendors are reading, an integrated bubble level on the top would be a great addition.2nd Addendum: For those concerned about cleaning the trays, I asked if they were dishwasher safe and got no response. So I took a chance since they were stainless steel, and that's usually OK - put them in the dishwasher and they came out perfectly fine.

Good and easy to use
We made "banh uot" with this and it came out really good. I was a little skeptical when my wife talked about getting this but after using it myself I can say this is what we needed.

Awesome
Been using this quite a few times now. Pro: cheap and works, the removable top makes it easy to clean, the extra "drawer" is a nice touch , helping you make food faster by switching them in sequence. Con: heat sometimes bend the tray, and makes the flour flow to certain corner, making them uneven (bend them back), lastly, it's a bit messy with water condensing on those drawer so the floor will be wet when you're pulling out those trays (solved by a bath tower lol). Nothing you can do with that last one though as it IS actively steaming, so excesiv3 water condensation can't be helped.

High quality and worth the extra money I paid.
Very impressed by the quality of this steamer. No sharp edges and decently thick stainless steel. Works fabulous also. This one costs a little more than the others but in my opinion, it is worth it. You will not be disappointed!

Love it!
Used it for the first time and it worked without a glitch. The investment is already paid off in one use. It came with 3 trays, therefore it was very fast to make the shrimp rice noodle rolls (32 rolls in less than 30 minutes). The items were very clean and didn't smell machine oil when I opened the box. It looks and feels very steady. Love it!

This steamer unable direct to heat directly
Good stainless steel but can’t use this steamer if not enough water and fill water uneasily. It wasn’t fit for home to buy this.

Maybe OK using it as a regular steamer but definitely not for making rice noodle
Cons far outweighs Pros.PRO:1. Sturdy SS trays - doesn't feel flimsy or wobbly with the weight of the food in the trays.2. Able to steam multiple items in large quantities from the ample surface areas of the trays compared to any oval type steamers in the market.CON:1. Trays come with heat-shrink plastic films on both ends which is great for preventing scratches, but also near impossible to remove between the tray and the front panel where the tray is spot-welded to (wedged in).2 Extremely cumbersome to clean due to it's enclosed design with multiple frames and tracks for the trays.3.Lack quality control for making rice noodle: it's a complete guess work whether the flour mixture is spread out evenly in the trays once they are inserted since there is zero visibility from outside the box. As a result, my rice noodle came out uneven with much thicker on one end of the tray which created a doughy texture. I bubble tested my stove top for leveling even it was already done during installation of the oven/stove, and looks fine (for normal cooking). However, for liquid being spread out evenly over a large rectangular surface, all it takes is a hairline off leveling and it will result in uneven spreading, and that's exactly what happened. It could be the tray railings and the base of the box may not be truly parallel; or the trays themselves warped under heat, causing the tray to tilt. Whatever the cause may be, the inability to see the status of the mixture inside the box makes the whole steaming process a total guess work. I suggest the manufacturer change the lid to tempered glass to provide visibility for the mixture inside the box. Also add internal leveling knobs on the tray tracks to provide the means to level any unevenness of the mixture. This is a huge ask since it involves extensive redesign and may change the price point - but it takes what it takes and a partial solution is hardly a solution.4. May or maynot be an issue" noticed small yellow/gold rings around the spot welded areas - not sure if it's rust.

Noodle steamer
Arrived early. Just tried it out. The directions says that you can use either gas or induction to cook with. I tried induction didn't work used my electric stove instead. The trays on the bottom had a plastic film on which was very hard to take off before use, otherwise worked as expected.
