Garden Glitz Modern Farmhouse Floral 3-Piece Reversible Quilt Bedding Bed Spread Set, King/Calking, Vapor

I was surprised that the quilt was actually green and not a smoky blue/green. It was bought for a bedroom with a lot of blue. When I first looked at it,I didn't know if it was going to work with the colour scheme but I decided to take it out of the bag and try it on the bed. It looked beautiful ! I am very pleased with this purchase.

This is a quality made bedspread with a beautiful pattern and color. Our king size bedspread purchase has given our bed an eye catching look. The bedspread itself is even reversible. Upon close examination, I found the stitching to be just fine. I have not tried to wash it just yet but when I do, I plan to have it washed at an outside commercial laundromat where larger sized machines are available. Experience has taught me that this is the way to go to achieve higher satisfactory results. I have looked at many different bedspreads before making this purchase. I am glad I did. This is a quality product at a very reasonable price. Thumbs up on this item.

I love the print and size of this bedspread. It was beautiful when it came out of the package. However, it does not look quite as good after I washed it. I followed the laundry instructions and used the most delicate cycles for both the washer and dryer. Tons of tiny fibers came out of the fabric in the dryer. Since I have allergies, I would not have wanted all those little fibers in my bedroom. I still like the bedspread, it just doesn't look "new" now.

This bedspread is lovely and versatile. I just wish it hung longer on the sides. I don't even have deep mattresses and still I find it short. I did check the measurements so I had thought it was long/big enough to drape closer to floor length. There was some batting sawn on the outside of the shams that I had to cut off carefully so I can't say that quality control is perfect, hence the 4 starts rather than 5. Note: the shams have a zipper that runs the long side of the sham rather than on the short end. I've never seen placement nor zipper on shams before - I figure it was sawn this way because the shams are also reversible and creating just an open end on the short side would have been difficult to hide when turned inside out. In summary, I'm happy with this purchase and hope it doesn't tear as my older quilt bedspread did when the fabric wore thin from washings and hands pulling the cover up.
