This worked so much better in my salt inhaler than the Himalayan salt that came with my inhaler. I've also tried several other Himalayan salts in my inhaler. Got no results with any of them. It was like breathing in plain air. -Nothing. This one by Redmond worked the best. It's mined from ancient salt mine deposits in Utah. I also use their fine and coarse ground table salt in my kitchen and also their equine block salt for my horses. Amazing products! So I thought, what about trying the coarse salt for my inhaler? In my salt inhaler I can actually feel the salt when I breathe it in and it does something! The other salts you couldn't taste or feel and seemed to do absolutely nothing for my lungs and breathing.

Of all various salts I've used over the years this is the best tasting salt I've used. It has more of a "salty" flavor than all the others. The fact this is from an unrefined salt source there is some of the mining minerals still within the salt. All of which actually do dissolve and provide a higher level of natural minerals in your diet. I'll take those natural minerals over any of the highly processed, iodized salts you get in those normal mass market products.

Item as described. Fast shipping. We've been using pink himalayan for years, but did some research and found this to be the better salt so we switched. No complaints here. Good quality and cute little packaging.

switched to this salt when I got grinder style salt and pepper shakers. I love this cause its way healthier then table salt. Its not as potent as regular salt but way more healthy for you. Only down side is with my electric grinders is I cant set the grind low enough where some of the minerals that are in the salt don't fall through and onto the counter if I had an upright grinder this wouldn't be an issue and its not enough of an issue to make me want to change products. Will buy again.

Good quality and source it’s important to have a bag of salt for those that exercise a lot and want to replenish the electrolytes in the body and use it for cooking of course.

I already loved Redmonds Salt but really love this one for my grinder! Tastes delicious, brought up from deep in the earth so I believe it is more pure and clean than many other salts. Only salt I use!
