This made the most perfect risotto it was so creamy and di not take hours to cook. The price was great to I am so pleased I got the 3 bags. Will order more I added chicken stock to cook it then some wine and stilton and mushrooms for a perfect dish

Risotto rice is often pricey in the shops where I live but this was very reasonable so thought I would try it. Very satisfied, great value, would buy it again.

Good quality arborio rice
Good quality arborio rice, perfect for making risotto. I live in a semi-rural area and my normal supermarket doesn't always have arborio so this offers a great solution and saves me hunting around different shops to find some. Shame they don't offer larger-size bags, but the price is good enough to buy several at a time.

The product quality is outstanding. Exactly what I needed for my work.
HOB 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan. 2. Add 75g Arborio rice and stir continuously until the grains are coated in oil for about 2 minutes. 3. Add a ladle of hot stock and stir until fully absorbed. 4. When the rice appears almost dry, add more stock and repeat for approximately 30 mins until the rice is tender and firm to the bite. 5. Remove from the heat and serve. Important: Do not reheat.
