I bought these after becoming obsessed with the pumpkin pancakes at the Crystal Creek Cafe. And to my excitement, they’re the same batter! I’m still working on my cooking technique to make them as fluffy and delightful as the restaurant does but I’m glad to satisfy my cravings at home

This is the best pancake mix I have ever had! The pancakes and waffles are fabulous, mouth-watering; out of this world! They are just a bit sweeter than other mixes and so fluffy and light and makes the best waffles ever. Everyone in my family including the grandkids and nieces and nephews love Krusteaz; especially when I make waffles and they just can't get enough! We love it so much that I always make a triple batch and store them in the fridge so that any given time when the kids are hungry they can just pop them in the toaster all by themselves and put syrup or honey, jam or sugar and cinnamon on them and gobble them up!

Coarsely grained pancakes were great, not available anymore.

Like our favorite local breakfast spot, I prepared as pancakes and waffles and not a piece left behind! Perfect for weekend breakfast at home :-) crispy toasty outside, fluffy sweet goodness inside. A treat supply, but this will not last long in my pantry.Outside box was tattered due to weight of the product, hopefully they find alternative packaging solutions to prevent punctures and waste. Thankfully mine arrived bag in tact.

My mother bought us this as a present. These came out delicious. It's a bit expensive, but WAY more affordable than buying pancakes at a Vegan restaurant. We bought them ourselves afterward. YUM!

Couldn't find it in the store always a treat

Krusteaz is known for its easy-to-prepare baking mixes, and this is another winner. I've been using Krusteaz "original" pancake mix for years ​and decided to try this on a whim. I'm a sucker for anything pumpkin-spice, and this product delivers, especially on the "spice."It's the typical Krusteaz pancake no-brainer/idiot-proof mix: just add water. I'm single, so I mix up a single substantial serving using 3/4C mix to just under 1/2C water, and it turns out perfect every time, 3 small-medium size pancakes. I love them just drizzled with pure maple syrup, but they're good with cranberry/orange compote, too. I sometimes mix some chopped pecans or walnuts into the batter before cooking or some dried cranberries. Really yummy. They cook up light and fluffy -- super texture. This is something Krusteaz *always* gets right.The pumpkin flavor isn't terribly strong -- it's there, but subtle. I'd like it to be a bit more pronounced, but the lovely warm spices make up for it, and produce a really hearty flavorful pancake, really just about perfect.Definitely recommend these!
