So easy to remove spiders
Works a treat, spider on the wall place catcher vertically then slide up and the spider drops into the bottom. Then release outside, effortless, should have got one years ago.

Quite the trusty bug catcher
Obviously this is not made for very large bugs, but it’s excellent at capturing and releasing smaller critters for anyone who recognises the sanctity of insect life.My only gripe is that the extending orange “floor” actually is a little too high to force bugs to step onto it; this means the way you have to use it is to box the bug, and either wait patiently for it to crawl onto the clear walls, or gently touch it with the edges a couple times until it runs up a wall, after which you can extend the platform and rest assured knowing the bug shouldn’t get out anytime soon.

3+ Years adult use!
I bought this three years ago as a funny surprise because my partner always scrambled to find a bit of paper to slide under the glass for those surprisingly large house spiders that appear out of nowhere. It wasn't meant to be a serious gift but has actually been an extremely practical item! Its not just a toy for kids! This gets used for bees and wasps in the summer (aka 'spicy flies' to the cat) and spiders and moths and everything else that finds its way inside. It doesn't damage the little critters legs or wings when used deliberately and we've used it to let the cat think she's caught the bug while preventing injury to either, so she ends her hunt without distress. With this much extended, frequent use the only concern is that the orange sliding flap has warped slightly on the closing edge so we sometimes have to extend it carefullt so bugs don't try to get underneath the small hump as its closing. Once closed it is secure though, as we've once or twice caught a late night spider and forgotten to release them the next day then found a small web built in there that requires a clean out. This has definitely been worth its cost and I don't think our house will ever be without one again!

Brilliant bug catcher!!
The media could not be loaded. Absolutely amazing! We love it! Catch a bug easy, have a good look at it through the magnifying glass and peacefully release in the wild! Best purchase ever, it ticks all the right boxes. Simple and effective design.

#1 spider catcher - Do it.. get it… you won’t regret it.
I have just evicted the fattest, thickest spider from my house! I’ll have to give it this month’s rent back.I could not have done it without this spider catcher! I couldn’t look at it once it was in the box so no picture (sorry)Do it.. get it… you won’t regret it.

Good idea, but not perfect
It works well for a while, but over time the orange part that slides under to close the container warps and leaves gaps, which means it’s harder to pick spiders and bugs up. It also means there is a gap for them to get out.
