I Think this works well
I was skeptical about buying because some reviews said that it didn’t work. But it seems to be working fine for me.Inside the house it normally reads zero. When I take it to my open porch it will read about 4 or 5. Consistent with air quality in my town when I look it up.Back inside….it will start reading above 0 if we start cooking certain foods. Frying bacon in a pan produces the highest numbers I’ve seen inside my house. So it looks like it’s working fine for me.

Works great but reporting to Alexa is very limited
I was hoping to use this sensor in order to build Alexa routines that controlled air purifiers and fans, as it monitored air quality and temperature. Sadly, it does not show up under the smart home section of Alexa routine triggers. So I can't use it for the purpose of automation unless I buy further into Govee devices. At $45? That's a big oversight in my opinion.Update: After contacting their support team at Govee, we were able to come to an agreeable resolution to the problem I had. So while the product didn't meet my expectations, their support team vastly exceeded it. Good job Govee! 👍🏼

Bueno

Works well
I purchased this to monitor the temperature where my fur babies are in their room. Rabbits need to be between 60 - 75° F to be comfortable, especially during the summer months. This device sends to a significant number of alerts if you go above or dip below the threshold that you establish whether you’re home connected via Bluetooth or away via WiFi. The downside of the WiFi is that it only works on 2.4 gh and even if you have a mesh network that adjusts bandwidth accordingly, the device won’t recognize the network. I had to enable my Guest network just to have this connected. As my first time buy, it’s doing the job.

Super useful and easy to read
This little monitor has been great, super clear display and gives way more info than I expected. I mainly got it to track air quality, but the extra weather details have been surprisingly helpful too. Feels accurate and works exactly how I hoped it would.

Easy to setup and tracking data
It contains all the information I need to track the room environment. After connecting the app, I can also read the historical data, which is convenient to know if there is any smoke leak into my room.

PM 2.5 sensor does not work
The media could not be loaded. Because of the recent wildfires, I bought this to measure the pollution in my house to make sure I knew when to turn up the air purifiers. This meter is cute, smaller than expected but it doesn’t seem to work. It measured my PM2.5 levels at 0.00 and yhe highest reading it reached was 0.01. Even when my Coway Airmega (which has a built in sensor) kicked up to max while I was cooking, the Govee continued to show 0.00. I even hooked it up to a battery and took it outside…still 0.00. And as I mentioned, I live in LA and there’s wildfires so the AQI definitely wasn’t 0.00. The temperature reading was also inaccurate so basically this thing is worthless.

Easily integrate into HA!
these connect easily to my homeassistant via bluetooth! don't even need to set up an account or wifi if you don't want to (though it's nice at least temporarily to run updates and set the time). My neighbors are smokers so I use these to warn me and turn on my air purifiers once the smoke creeps in
