The setup was very simple with following the directions. The video quality was very clear. The sound could be a little louder but overall great product

This camera is great for the price. What I didn't like about it is it's difficult to connect to my router. But I've experienced that with other cameras too so, I guess that's to be expected. Once you're up and running it works well until you need to switch internet providers because they double the price of your service. Then, you'll need to reinstall the camera again. I'm satisfied though. I'd buy it again.

The only thing about this camera was how easy it was to mount on the side of my house. The camera will not connect via the app. However, per the manual and the description on here/Amazon you are suppose to be able to record 24/7 by just having an SD card inserted into the camera. This camera is not worth the money. All I needed was something to record 24/7 using an SD card but this camera will not even do that. I have contacted customer service support via email because that is the only method available. I received a response asking what the problem was despite my original email giving a detailed information about my problem. I responded back with the same information and I have yet to receive any solution from the company. You might as well say there is NO customer support for this product.

This camera is a must have! I’ve bought two so far and the picture quality is amazing. The audio is precise and the price is unbeatable!

Picture quality is great. Functions are great.It does not maintain a steady or consistent signal for me. I thought it might be my wifi but bought a different camera and works fine.Also the only payment option for cloud storage is PayPal payment. I don't and won't ever use PayPal again. So because of this is the main reason I switched to a different camera. If you had a credit card option to pay for cloud subscription I would have bought 3 more of these.

Perfect video, easy to install and the clarity is spectacular with the sound option on or off for privacy of course. i am extremely satisfied with my purchase and extremely grateful for the quality of this product and i am grateful for the prompt custom service when i had some questions...everything went smoothly and im enjoying my security...thanks

worked really well at first now it wont pick up human activity no matter how many times i reset it

Like this camera for my barn so much that I have purchased 2 more. Clear video and pictures; both day and night. Easy setup and installation.

Bon produit j'en ai acheté 2. Facilité d'utilisation lorsque tout est bien connecté. Ne pas oublier de séparer vos réseaux wifi 2.4GHZ du 5GHZ sinon cela ne fonctionnera pas.Vendeur à l'écoute. Qualité / prix excellent.Je recommande

The Camera is quite small, so looks nice and discrete on the outside. Also the Wi-Fi reception is excellent as this camera suffers from no connection issues, my previous one was a nightmare with the Wi-Fi. Video quality is amazing day or night, the audio it picks up is clear to understand and the audible alarm is a good feature. All in all a very good camera at a very reasonable price. One suggestion would be to have either a longer power cable or maybe one that is not fixed so we can replace with a longer length one. This is just a minor issue that does not detract from an impressive Camera. Also the APP and setup were a breeze.

Con dudas iniciales por la oferta de cámaras que había, me decidí por esta por las opiniones y relación calidad precio tan económica.Fue un acierto y ya he comprado 3 para entrada , calle y garaje.Calidad de imagen tanto en visión en directo, como en la grabación continua, como en los videos cortos que graba al percibir un movimiento, muy buenas…!!Por la noche, no tiene iluminación LED.. pero si graba y mejora la visión nocturna con infrarojos, sorprende en oscuridad total, en una habitación , la calidad de la imagen y la visión de los objetos.. como en la imagen que mando, aunque al cargarla en amazon reduce la resoluion. y lleva indicaciones de dia y hora todas las grabaciones.Todo la configuración con la APP móvil, con multiples funciones , grabación continua poniendo na tarjeta de memoria, micro SD, que luego permite ver todos los avisos y detención de movimiento , como la grabación en modo continuo.Se reciben avisos en el móvil, por grabaciones de video al detectar movimiento y por detectar sonidos. Eso en la versión gratis,Si te das de alta en la nube de pago, tiene muchas mas funciones.Necesita estar siempre conectada, no tiene baterías, y incluye cargador y cable de usb, de aprox 1,70 metros, estaría bien mas largo, pero hay alargadores baratos.Todo un acierto para el precio que tiene.
