I ordered M and they fit my 32-34 waist fine and quite decent compression on legs but seem very short in the leg. I take a regular / 32 inch leg and im around 5ft 10 so no giant but if you want your bum covered and crotch part of leggings pulled up tight to the crown jewels as they should be, the legs end above my ankles which isn't ideal in this weather for running. I would return for a L but i don't think the compression will be very good if much looser like the L will likely be.

OK if you are a short person as 5ft. Nice material and good wicking material but my fella is 6ft and they are 3 1/4 on him. He uses them for hiking to wear under his hiking trousers. The fit is great with a nice thick waist band. Look very smart on but them irritating road cyclists will like these. They seem to love all this tight fitting clothing while getting in the way. I would recommend but not to real men or tall.

It's getting cold when running and I wanted to get a new pair of longer leggings for the winter.It must be an age thing as many people are still running past me in shorts and t-shirts, but not for me, I need warmth.These leggings were fine, they look quite good as well, the yellow is bright and does reflect well in the headlights of passing cars so i'm confident I am visible at that level.It's early days as I have only worn them a couple of times but they are fine and if I need a second pair these would be on the list.
