Very good. I take these, and I am 36 years old, my daughter whom is 8 also takes the children's version. Definitely noticed an improvement in myself, in terms of how I feel - I ran out for about a week and noticed the difference right away. My daughter, also seems more relaxed. Quite pricey, but they work.

Well it’s very hard to say if this actually works to increase focus in my 11yr old son. He says he thinks it is doing something so any benefit, even a sense for him of increased control and stability is a win. We’re caught in a loop now of having to continue to take these not knowing definitely what the effect is, just incase stopping causes something else. Placebo or not we’re using them with hope.

These have been absolutely fantastic at keeping my ADHD daughter in a calm and relaxed mood as a herbal alternative to medication. Highly recommend

Early days of using but feel I can see an improvement in some situations my son would normally struggle with. Has a much more relaxed approach.

It make my son over exciting

Easy to swallow, and split for children (contents are easily absorbed) they seem to help with the calm a little, but too soon to judge fully.

These are tiny capsules and our son has no problem swallowing them. There is no smell or after taste so he loves taking them every day. An added source of vit d and b12.

Was looking forward to trying these and my own experience I didn't notice any difference tbh but packaging well done and sealed bag also *easy to take this is why 3 stars review could be different for others.
