It is cold in our house, can we put a fleece or other swaddle on before the snoo sleepsack?

We found most parent like a thin onesie or try swaddling in a light swaddle blanket (arms down) and then putting the baby in the SNOO Sack using the bands to keep the arms down. Check baby’s ears, if red and hot or baby neck is sweaty the baby is too warm.
