i use this chocolate to make candy. it is so good. rich chocolate. i get rave reviews because of this chocolate. i have used other kinds, but this is the best chocolate that i have ever had.

They are great tasting and melt easy

My friends and family are obsessed with my chocolate chip cookies!!! They beg for them…my secret is that I add the callebaut milk chocolate chips to my recipe!! These chips are so milky and creamy..they literally melt in your mouth! The combination of that sweet milky chocolate added to semi-sweet chips in a traditional chocolate chip cookie is heavenly!

I have purchased this before and LOVE the product. Best flavor, smoothest, richest chocolate. Melts beautifully and covers strawberries well. However, this time the item came completely melted. Both ice packs were melted and had started seeping out on the bag. Put right in fridge now I have a large brick of chocolate. Not the end ofvthe world but slightly frustrating

I always buy this brand of chocolate for my bakery, different types, similar price to the one I already have and that I purchased along with this one,But this store knows how to steal from you, the details about weight are not easy to see and because the price is similar to the 5lb bag so it is so easy to miss it too,So be aware of the weight, it is not eligible for a return,I thought to share it here so the other customers won’t make my mistake and don't pay double for this one.
