Finally Normal Bowel Movements!!
Our little girl was strictly formula fed from day one, and left the hospital using Enfamil Newborn, which worked great...for a while. She never spit up the whole four weeks she was on it, which was great, but we also found that she also didn't have a bowel movement every day or every other day like most newborns, and she also had tons of gas! Talk about a little tooter! She was going every three to four days with normal looking stool, and on her fourth week I started noticing her little tummy slightly distended, and then all chaos broke out with fussiness, extreme gas, and little sleep for both of us. Our pediatrician recommended Enfamil Gentlease, so we went out and started implementing the new formula into her diet. Everything went well for about a week and a half, and I was so happy as she started going a little more regular for the first two days. Apparently that was only her body getting used to the new formula, because after that we noticed her straining with no bowel movement. I, being a new mom, freaked out, and from the doctor's directions gave her dark Karo syrup, but this didn't work either, and we ended up with having to use a suppository. And poor baby was so constipated from the Gentlease that it was a virtual nightmare that I would love to forget, but after struggling to go for an hour and a half with the suppository we finally had success, and a new formula to try from the doctor's orders. This time around we were told to use Enfamil Reguline, and I was very skeptical especially since I kept reading reviews of babies with diarrhea from this formula. But after seeing my little baby struggle like that I was desperate to try anything. Luckily she took this formula with ease, and we happily said bye bye to constipation! We started this formula at night, and the next day gave her Karo syrup, and right after that she had a bowel movement that got the rest of the hard stool out. She did have one explosive diaper later in the day, but I do believe that was a mixture of the Karo syrup and the Reguline working. From then on out she has been going wonderfully every other day with normal stool, no straining whatsoever any more, and I have a much happier baby! She does toot quite a bit on this new formula, but she's otherwise had no issue of gas staying inside of her. Reguline also does seem to be a little thicker than the other two formula's we've tried, and I have noticed it does stain a bit more. Our daughter also spits up, but not horrible amounts either on this one. She was spitting up a lot more on the Gentlease. Otherwise this formula has been great for us, and we will continue to use it! On the downside there are no refill packs (seriously Enfamil? What's up with that?), and I live in a small community and only Wal-Mart carries this formula, and even then they have a tiny supply so when I do buy formula I make sure to buy enough for a few weeks...which equals a lot of $$ being spent. I've also heard people who have WIC cannot use it for this formula, but since I don't have WIC I'm not sure if it still stands.Again, great formula, works like a charm for my daughter, no more constipation with normal baby stools, minimal spit up, and smelly toots, but the cons are no refill packs available or bulk orders available, and Reguline is not readily available in stores. Since this works for my daughter I'm staying on it, but Enfamil needs to see how many people are using this and come out with refill packs.**Update as of 6/15/16**Our daughter is almost seven months now, and still uses this formula. We've introduced food for a few months now, and even with the food she still manages to go almost every day, some days twice! If, and it's a big if, she doesn't go we give her half/half juice mixture with baby water, and that does the trick! We started her on the Parent Choice stage 2 juice of prune/apple, and that works perfectly!! She more than likely will go twice the next day, but we still haven't had any issues at all like we did! She might have a hard stool one day, but the next day it will be soft either by the formula she drinks, or by the juice we give her. Reguline is still the best formula out there for our little one!

Worked great for our baby and functional packaging for parents
The media could not be loaded. Sweet in taste and helped our baby get on a regular bowel movement schedule. Was recommended by pediatrician to help with constipation/soften stool.Formula is in a package that comes with a scoop and a leveler which is very handy. Also like being able to buy multiple in one package.

A miracle!
My 8 month old baby was STILL struggling to find the perfect formula. She has a sensitive stomach, gets bad gas, constipated easily, and doesn't like the taste of a lot of things. After trying almost every formula on the market, and having a good run with Bobbie sensitive, it suddenly started constipating her again! So as a final plea I ordered this and am so glad I did. She had a bowl movement the next day and has been regular since! It's an absolute miracle because she also likes the taste and has zero has with it.Truly a God send! She's gained weight and is overall happy! Also way less expensive than Bobbie's tiny thimble sized cans.

The Reguline works like magic -- since that first bottle
This formula is a life saver. I used to exclusively breast feed for about three months and just recently I started supplementing with formula upon my return to work. For the first two months of his life, my son did what every breast fed baby does, which is poo after every feed; no issue. But as he got a bit older and the poops became less frequent, I started noticing that they caused him some distress. He had a BM only once a day or even less frequently and if he skipped a day, he started to get very miserable and fussy. He would often scream closing his eyes and clenching fists, as if in pain. Gas drops didn't help much and I knew that it was caused by going too long without a BM. When he was about three months old, I received an email from Enfamil advertising the Reguline formula and I ordered one can to try it. After reading reviews; which suggested that it really works and might even cause messy poops at first, I started by giving my son only one bottle of this formula per day. For the rest of his meals, he still drinks my breast milk. The Reguline works like magic -- since that first bottle, he now has a BM twice a day, which I find to be just right. The crying outbursts are gone, he feeds much better, and even seems to be taking longer naps, which I attribute to the fact that his belly feels much more comfy. If you have a little one who is constipated or even somewhat out of line, definitely give this product a try.

Helping us
My son started out as exclusively breastfed until I was 3 weeks postpartum and developed a terrible uterine infection that sent me back to the hospital and caused my milk supply to gradually dry up. So, we transitioned to formula. At first, Enfamil Newborn worked well, but the baby developed gas and constipation issues. We then switched to Gentlease, but the problems only escalated, until we had a very unhappy, colicky baby on our hands. After a miserable night of a screaming baby who could only be soothed by a suppository and prescription medication, we made the switch to Reguline. It took a couple of weeks to see a noticeable improvement, but the baby now has 2-3 normal bowel movements every 24 hours. He's still gassy, but less so and he's actually passing it, so it's not staying trapped and causing him pain. He used to arch his back and writhe in pain after every feeding. We've also had to use much less of the simethicone drops in the last few days. I just pray that this formula keeps working for us, because we have a much happier baby!A note on PREbiotics vs. PRObiotics:I've noticed a few reviewers confuse these two terms, which is easy to do. This formula contains prebiotics, which are insoluble fibers that bulk up the stool and make bowel movements easier. Probiotics are bacteria, like those found in yogurt, which aid in digestion (Gerber Soothe is a brand made for babies). To the best of my knowledge, Reguline does NOT contain probiotic bacteria, but is supposed to encourage the growth of healthy gut flora that will aid in the baby's digestion.
