This is a great mount with a sleek, slim design and clear instructions. The magnet is very strong, and when not in use, it folds neatly behind the screen so it doesn’t block the view.

This is probably the best cell phone mount for Tesla. This magsafe holder is so sturdy that the large and heavy phone like iphone 16 pro max also never falls off. I have been using for two years now. But what more impressive is vicseed’s phenomenal customer service. After using the product for about two years the magnetic head was fall off from the arm that holds it. I’ve reached out to vicssed only to ask if it is reattach able? But to my surprise they offered me to send a whole new replacement product, which is out of this world. “Helen May” helped me with the process from the beginning to the end to make sure my issue was resolved. She was courteous, and very quick in her response. I highly recommend Vicseed magnatic car mount to any Tesla owners who is looking for a strong , stable phone holder for their car.

After researching a ton of phone mount offerings on Amazon, I decided that the Vicseed phone mount was the one for my Tesla. The mount is solid and provides the features I want. The magnet mount is super strong. I have no concerns whether it will hold my Samsung Note 20 Ultra. The phone is stable and doesn't wobble or rock while driving. The ball mount readily allows me to position the phone to the right viewing angle and keeps it there while driving. The slide bracket and angle joint work as expected in positioning the magnet base for landscape or portrait viewing. The mount nicely slides and folds out of the way to hide the mount.Installation was simple. However, I would have preferred a more sturdy mounting template made of plastic rather than cardboard. I think a plastic template would have made a more positive feeling installation of the adhesion disk and bracket onto the back frame of the Tesla screen.Attaching the metal ring on the back of my Spigen case for the Note 20 was made simple with the positioning template that is thoughtfully included in the kit. The ring is nice and thin and sticks firmly to the case with 3M adhesive.I contacted Customer Service for additional metal rings so that my wife and daughter could use their phones with the phone mount. CS responded quickly and professionally. I rate CS as excellent.***Update: Until recently, I didn't use the Tesla wireless charging pad for my phone. Unfortunately, with the ring mount installed on my phone case, the phone will not charge. The ring interferes with wireless charging. Without the ring, it will charge correctly. The only alternative (which is an inconvenience) is to take the case off to charge. After contacting customer support, we found that a case with a built-in mag ring solved the problem. Adam from customer support was extremely helpful in making sure the problem was solved. I only wished that other companies would be half as responsive as Vicseed. Great product with beyond expectation customer support and customer satisfaction.***Update2: If I could give10 stars for customer service, then Vicseed CS would would get it WITHOUT reservation. Janice from CS is excellent and provided me assistance way beyond expectations. She reflects the company's extremely positive customer based attitude.

I was looking for a phone mount for my Mach E because since the roof glass and windshield has the IR reflective tint I have found if my phone sits in the wireless charger or in the seat my GPS can sometimes become very unstable. So I found this mount and it installed like a breeze and works great for the vertical screen the Mach E has. However I did stumble on a issue that has forced me to have to return this mount. I have one of those OhSnap popsockets, what makes them special is they also have a magnet in them, so when I have my phone mounted to this magnetic mount it literally is almost bonded to the mount itself and you have to use 2 hands to pry them apart and I fear I will either break my screen or the mount itself if I keep using it.This is by NO fault of the mount which is why im leaving it a 5 star review, when I did test my iPhone without the Ohsnap popsocket it worked great, still had great strength and held the phone in place, yet super easy to remove when needed.I just wanted to put this review out there so if other users have the same popsocket or others that are similar you may want to loose elsewhere.I will end with this, If I ever do decide to switch case and remove this particular popsocket this will be my go to mount for sure!

I’ve been using this phone mount in my Tesla Model 3 for a few weeks now, and honestly, it does exactly what I hoped it would. It holds the phone rock steady—even over potholes and speed bumps—and looks like it belongs in the car, not like some clunky afterthought hanging off your dash.A surprising (and very welcome) bonus? It seems to cut down on those relentless Tesla camera nags to “look at the road.” Of course, I would never look at my phone while driving, and you definitely shouldn’t either. But let’s just say… it’s nice to be able to glance at a text without getting scolded like you’re in trouble at school.Now, one thing it doesn’t have is MagSafe charging. But that’s not a complaint—I knew that when I bought it, so I’m not docking points for it. It’s easy enough to plug the phone in when needed. Still, if they ever release a version that does have built-in charging, I’d be all over it.Install was quick and painless. The adhesive feels strong, though I’ll be curious to see how it holds up over a hot North Carolina summer. For now, it’s stayed perfectly in place and hasn’t budged.Overall, this is a great little accessory if you want your phone easily accessible without messing with your car’s sleek interior. Four stars from me—just shy of perfect, but still very much worth the buy.
