I just started using this a few days ago, not really seeing an actual result as yet however I’m giving it time. This is easy to swallow soft gels pills very affordable, it has a stickiness , it’s also a bit sweet but naturally.was uploading a video review but it doesn’t seem to be working.

I've been taking these for over a year now. I only take 2x per day, and my nails are growing faster than they ever have.

My 4-star review is simply based on my own preferences. I have used the gummies and the capsules, and prefer the gummies. I take a regimen of two a day and within the last few months switched to the capsules. The capsules have a strong smell and an unpleasant taste. Once I finish this bottle, I will go back to the gummies.With that said, my hair began thinning to the point where it was noticeable by friends and family. At the rate things were going, I was concerned that I could actually end up with bald spots. Within six months of taking these vitamins my hair began to thicken noticeably. (I also began using gentler treatments in washing and caring for my hair.) As a middle-aged woman, the entire routine is important... not just the supplements.However, I KNOW it was the supplements that made the difference because of how rapid I began to see change. Now, it has been a year and I have absolutely no hair thinning... and obvious thickness. I have faithfully taken two capsules a day without fail... and it works. There have also been significant improvements in my nails as well. This is the REAL DEAL....My advice is to be consistent. Do before and after pictures. I wish I would have.... so that you could see how serious my situation was.

My nails are strong and my hair and skin look good. I continue to use it to keep the good going.
