So let me keep it really real here about this ghee. I have a very serious gut disease that means I mostly live off broth, MCTs, and ghee to stay alive. I have to keep my carbohydrate intake extremely low to prevent catastrophic complications. My meals are bland bland bland, they all taste the same, they bring me no joy. Then this week I was gifted this ghee by a person who pities me and my pathetic feedings. Oh. Oh sweet baby Jesus. The flavor. The texture. The scent. The low, low sugars that don’t send my damaged body into fits. This stuff is AMAZING. I hope they serve this ghee in goblets with little gelato spoons sticking out the top in Heaven. You do not need to have catastrophic gut disease to love this ghee. You just need to have a functioning mouth. Just order it. Also yes, this is a real review.

This is just delicious Ghee. There is no other way to put it. It isn't Nutella so don't think you are getting a Nutella replacement because this is chocolate butter, not chocolate hazelnut. That said, I had some cacao cookies I made that were kind of dry and bland. A little spread of this stuff was like magic. The cookies were now delicious and edible. In butter coffee, delicious (but I think that is wasting it as I really want to enjoy this Ghee), on waffles, oh yeah. Not to mention this is incredible on chocolate chip pancakes. Now, I do Keto mind you, so all of my stuff is with alternative flours and sweeteners. If something tastes a little off using these alternatives, this Ghee has fixed it. Be careful though, it is really easy to go through a bottle of this way faster than you think you would.So, is it worth the price? My wallet says no but taste buds say yes and my taste buds have one this battle!

I have purchased this several times and I absolutely love it! I put in my coffee for a nice buttery chocolatey delight! When you have to eat low carb for health reasons it is hard to find "healthy" fats or desserts and this makes me feel like I'm having a treat, plus it tastes great.

Tastes terrible (is it the cardamom?)! You could probably make a much better batch yourself. Still, I would probably give it three stars because the quality seems very good, but it is not eligible for return which causes me to drop it down to one star. How do you know you will like something like this unless you taste it?

Like others have said, this tastes just like butter with a tiny hint of dark chocolate. I can no longer find the 4th & Heart chocti that I loved - that was chocolatey, creamy goodness that I could eat by the spoonful straight out of the jar. Unfortunately, this one tasted like pure butter...that was brown. I've started putting this in my coffee as a creamer replacement and it's been working, but not the chocolate treat I was looking for.

Not too sweet. Healthy organic ingredients. Delicious. I just wish it was easier to spread. Looser consistency somehow.

i so wanted to love or even like this. A chocolate treat after work and at night, but without the sugar. It's butter, with a hint of chocolate. Butter. From the reviews with people eating it by the spoonful i envisioned something better. I don't eat butter by the spoon. Tried it in my coffee as some suggested. No chocolate note, just makes coffee taste like... wait for it: butter. For those who know what to expect, i presume it's spot on.

Expensive. Taste is good if you are craving chocolate and something sweet. This is definitely not Nutella. The chocolate is very strong. And you have to stir it up as it separates in the jar. That’s ok as I know it’s pure and settling is normal. Not super sweet. Good on a piece of gluten free toast or in your oatmeal.
