These days, I start every morning with innerbe. The product I used to take was troublesome because I had to take 6 pills a day, but Innerbe is convenient because I only need to take 2 pills a day. Great supplement to help boost supple and moisturized skin. Initially took it because of the creaking noise the joints were making. Pretty packaging, seems almost wasteful.

The pills inside are melted and stuck together, unable to separate and broken when taken out. Cannot return and no refund. What a rip off!

It's a little smaller than a fingernail, and it's easy to eat because it has a subtle vanilla scent.
