Purchased the 10 lb'er. This should be a must for every home gym. At only 10lb's with it's soft exterior, it can be used for so many thrust exercises. Why? because you can throw it in the air and the soft exterior easily grips your finger. No injury worries about a hard rigid ball not landing right. So many exercises can be done on your back, in a chair, standing. l use it daily.

This weighted ball is smaller than the picture shows. It is about the size of a grapefruit and not a small watermelon as shown in the picture.I am keeping it because it is well made, fits in my hand well, and I don’t seem to need anything larger. I am enjoying adding this to my weighted workouts.

These are very handy weights, and can act as doorstoppers, paperweights, etc when not in use. I keep several around the house and a few in my office for just 2-5 minute workouts. The shape and colors are attractive.

This ball has sand inside which makes the ball lay flat on the floor side. I was hoping for a hard round ball to push along the floor
