I’ve been using this product for years, very satisfied. I received a new bottle recently and the softgel capsules are a third of the original size. The container does not mention anything about a change in the product. I have concerns about this product being legitimate. I would love some feedback.

Works well and it's a nice small gel capsule

This product is very strong and you really shouldn't take it everyday unless you are being closely monitored with frequent blood tests. The combination of the 5000IU (max daily upper limit is 4000IU) and the coconut oil significantly increasing absorbtion makes this supplement incredibly strong. There are special fats in coconut oil that escort vitamin D across the gut lining into the blood very well, making it much better absorbed than other cheaper D3 supplements. I took it everyday for 90 days and it pushed my blood levels of vitamin D to problematic levels. So yeah just take it once every 3 days to avoid getting too much vitamin D, because getting too much vitamin D is definitely possible and is a quite unpleasant experience. The supplement itself is of high quality, it's just extremely potent! If you took one capsule every 3 days then this bottle would last you a whole year which is a fantastic deal.

I always seek out supplements with only the basic ingredients needed for a solid product. This is a great option, especially with the coconut oil! It has been easy on my body, there is no weird taste and the pills are easy to swallow. I’ll be continuing to purchase these throughout the year.
