Very nice compact zone heater
This is my second same heater for a different part of my house. The first heater was for the master bathroom and this latest is for my home office. Very compact and well made. Fan is on the quiet side with just the right amount of easy to use controls. The flame effect can't be beat. The 3-D flame looks very real and the amount of heat it throws out is more than ample for most sized rooms. HVAC usage is down about 25%. The unit is almost all metal except for four hard plastic feet that are easy to install. The overall appearance is just about right. The simulated flame is one of the best I have ever seen on any electric fireplace. Recommended.

I like this very much
I like this very much. The logs, light, and brick on back wall look realistic. The controls are knobs and switches, not buttons. The shell is cool to the touch. Assembly (handle & base legs) was very easy. Perfect size. Lightweight. The heat works well.

Assembly nightmare
Don’t buy this unless you are a highly skilled at assembly. This is the most difficult assembling project I have done is several years. The piece that is the door handle has 3 tiny skinny little microscopic plastic outer fingers that need to fit into 3 holes into holes before you can screw into the door, they will break before you finish and leave the handle hanging limp and crooked. The legs need to be screwed on with 10 screws, fine...but how can this be done when you can’t fit your hand into the small space??? You can’t drop screws into holes 5 inches away, they need to be placed into the proper holes before you can screw them in........the last issue is a front bottom border piece that is not attached by any screws that falls off every time you move the heater. What do you do buy heat proof tape to keep it on??? The result, a clunky junky heater barely held together buy 2 screws instead of 8.

Great Buy!!!
I am soooo happy with this purchase! It has a nice look and puts out some good heat. I was really surprised how well it worked for the price. It worked just as well as my $300 EdenPure.
