Broke about 2 weeks after getting it.

I ordered this to fit onto my bike, because the sales information says it will accommodate phones up to 100mm wide – well it does do that with ease. My phone is the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, which is fitted in an Urban Armour Gear protective case. This makes the phone a total of 95mm wide, far too wide for most bike brackets – but this one actually holds my phone. This means I can use the Google Maps on my phone while riding my bike, and I can also see and answer incoming calls. Its a great bit of kit.An added bonus is it will also hold my Cree 900 Lumen’s Zoom torch for riding at night, and at this time of the year when I’m not riding in the dark – the torch bracket is removable – thus simplifying the use of the bracket. One nice feature of the torch bracket is that it can swivel left to right by 60 degrees, this makes it easy to point the torch at the grass verge ahead when riding on roads without white lines – which is pretty neat.The bracket is very simple to set up – requires no tools and fits onto my handlebars in seconds. It is solid and sturdy and seems very well made. It locks down tight onto my bars and the spring clamp for the phone grips my phone firmly when riding on the road – even when I hit potholes. I’m not certain I would trust it with my phone when riding off road, but for trips to and from work along roads its brilliant. This is one of the best bike mounts I have owned! It is perfect for being able to look at my phone whilst cycling without having to reach for my pocket. I also like the fact that I can adjust the angle of the screen quite a lot as some bike mounts do not tilt much at all! I really like the fact that the bike mount also comes with a torch mount as I feel my torch is a lot more powerful than my cheap bike lights which makes me feel a lot safer when cycling at night on the busy roads. So far no cars have pulled out right in front of me since this bike mount allows me to equip a torch!Another good feature is that everything can be tightened down with your hands so there is no need to worry about using tools when taking the bike mount on or off. It also makes it easier to take the mount off when you leave your bike in public which prevents it getting stolen or grabbing peoples attention towards your bike.This product makes it easier for me to see where I am heading and keep me up to date with notifications on my phone from a sturdy, easily adjustable bike mount while I feel the safety of using a torch thanks to the torch mount attachment. This product is useful if it can fit your handle bars. My handle bars on my road bike are thicker than average so this did not fit. I did fit it on to my other small bike and it works fine. I am just disappointed it did not fi on the bike I use most.I was given this product at a discount in return for an honest review.
