Customer Service does not exist
The billiard table is nice and my family has enjoyed it, However, we are unable to play the ping pong because the package shipped without 8 dowel rods needed to connected the ping pong top together. I went online and filled and filled out there replacement form, no reply. I called their customer service number, a voicemail answer but states, "We are not accepting calls at this time." I sent an email to their email address, no reply.

Nice table for the price.
This table is well worth the money. I have it in the small living room in my house. If you are looking for that regulation feel, it's not for you. But if you want a fun table that leaves room for people to stand or sit in the same room while you shoot, it is.
