soled hose

I was in need of another hose and have a similar style hose and very muvh enjoy it. This is as good if not better than that name brand hose. It has a very functional nozzle that allows stoppage of water which is something the name brand hose does not have. This is very compact and easy to store as in these winter months, but also easy to pull out to wash the car, wet something down, etc., on those nicer winter days. The color is also a selling point as I think it just pops and looks great. Overall a great product I look forward to using in the garden and around the house.

Used a total of 5 times and 2 giant holes and won’t hold water. Waste of money

Complete garbage. Should have listened to the other reviews.It started leaking on the body of the hose after 2 month of use. Have only been using it for light and occasional watering of plants around the backyard maybe every 3 days, never stepped on it, always rolled it up after using it and placed it on a bench. It has not been in direct sunlight or extreme weather or pressure. But somehow still sprang a huge leak, gushed out water from the middle of the hose. And now the 'return window is closed'. Huge waste of 20 bucks. The material seems really cheap, and must be if it can spring a leak while doing what it's designed to do.

I loved the use of this hose until out of the blue......I heard a loud noise and a section blew up and shot water all over the place. I am returning it per your instructions but do not understand how a drippy hose can be drained properly to send in a mailing box.UPDATE..........Seller contacted me and agreed to send me a new hose at no cost and thAtI did not have to return the damaged hose.Very GOOD customer service. The hose was great until it busted so I will be happy to give it another try.

I purchased this hose with hopes that this would last through the summer in my daily waterings of my garden - NOPE! 1st hose lasted about 2 weeks before getting a hole in it. The replacement hose got a hole in it before I could even send back the 1st holey hose. After going 0 for 2, I got a refund. Luckily for me, this happened with the 30 day return period for Amazon - otherwise I would have been SOL.

This was my first time buying a "non-normal" garden hose and I was quite reluctant to try these "as seen on TV" types of products, but I am absolutely blown away by the convenience of this hose. I am very glad I took the chance on it.I waited a couple of months before leaving this review because I wanted to make sure it functioned well after months of usage. I use the garden hose, on average, 4 days a week to water the plants, hose down the patio, etc... Each session last at least 20 mins, but often over that.When originally sought out to purchase one of these hoses, the reviews scared me a bit. The main complaints I saw were:- Hose is not durable- Pressure was not good- Cheap plastic fittingObviously that wouldn't inspire confidence in a new buyer, so I would like to take a moment to talk about each of those aspects and my experience.*Hose is not durable*The hose is made of a different material than a normal hose, that's given considering it shrinks and expands on every use. I would compare the material to a durable canvas or something similar. On the surface it seems like it would be more prone to puncture and tears - but honestly, my "normal" hoses seem to get punctures and tears all the time so the "normal" material doesn't seem so great to me anyway.SO FAR this item has proven to be quite durable. As stated above, I use it at least 4 times a week for 20+ minutes each use and have not yet experience an issue with its durability. The fact that the hose is lightweight and easy to maneuver makes avoiding punctures much easier in my opinion.*Pressure is not good*I completely DISAGREE with this opinion. This was probably my biggest concern - I could be diligent about avoiding punctures and holes but if the pressure is bad, there's not much you can do about that. But for me, this is simply not the case - the pressure IS PERFECT.The hose takes a minute to expand to full length and when you starting using it with a nozzle or the like, for the briefest of moments it loses a tiny bit of pressure, but the normal flow is built right back - we are talking 1 or 2 seconds. Once that happens the pressure is great and just like a "normal" hose.*Cheap plastic fitting*Yes, the fitting are plastic, but they seem to function just fine. Time will tell if they hold up, but I have no complaints about them, yet. My hose is fitted with quick release so I have not twisting things on/off with the fitting, really ever. I use plumbers tape to secure my quick release fittings so there are no leaks either.All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this product. I have already told family and friends about it and they've also made purchases.I am over 2 months into owning this and if anything goes bad, I will update this review.

This is just what I need for my backyard as the pipe is all the way in the front of my house. Now I can bring fresh water to the back without worrying about the hose bursting or bunching up like the standard rubber hoses I was using before this one.It's a bold green with a sort of aluminum looking fitting connecting to black ends. I'm a little wary about the aluminum looking fittings as they appear much weaker than standard metallic ones and I'm worried about their durability and rust-proofing. If this was a solid hose connecting to plastic or metallic ends from the get-go, I would be less worried.The hose itself is pretty standard with these type of models. It expands with no problems and I have not had any leaks spring from any of the joints so far.

We didn't know what our permanent hose solution for the house would be, and our yard was dying. So I purchased this thinking we would get a couple of uses out of it and abandon.We've had it about a month. The fittings are plastic, not metal, so the hose will not last forever. However, it's light weight, so I use it more than lugging around a heavy hose. We have watered the plants and filled a hot tub (with warm external water) and no issues.Great purchase - gives us time to figure out what the permanent solution will be - and now we have a lot more time to figure that out!
