No, it comes with those crappy sponge applicators

No. Smells like perfume. I gave it away because it smelled like powder.

Q: What are the ingredients?

That palette is garbage. They want you to think they’re the “Naked” brand but this is an imitation. All colors creased and were of poor quality, I threw it in the garbage. I’ve bought better shadow at the drugstore.
