Not great filter
I should have listened to the negative posts on this product, after several full pitchers , I still dont feel safe using this filter ,( cloudy water ).clears up after a while after fillup,so I bought 3 regular filters and hope it's not Britta ,making cheaper quality filters .

faulty/defective/did not work
I've used this kind of filter before, and it worked fine. The one that was delivered to me did not work as it should have. I have to run the same pitcher of water through the filter twice before the taste of the water changes.

Beware...not a Brita brand filter
The filter does not fit in my Brita pitcher correctly. I will not purchase again.
