Poor Quality
I initially wrote an "excellent" review for this item. When I first got it, it was great and did exactly what I wanted. The plastic pieces for keeping track of time last fed were great, and my favorite feature was that you just flip the bracelet inside out for "Right" or "Left," instead of switching wrists all the time, which helps to not stretch out the bracelet as much from taking it on and off. After I already purchased the bracelet, I read alot of reviews saying the plastic pieces break anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks after first using it. Mine lasted about one week. I'm super disappointed, because I really loved this bracelet. Now I will probably look to buying a different bracelet that isn't so poorly designed. Others have said you can order more pieces from the manufacturer, but you have to pay shipping. But that is just buying me another week or two per piece, it's not worth it.Great idea for a product, but poor quality.

Quality has gone down since my first Milk Band
I received a Milk Band in 2008 before the birth of my daughter. It was one of the most useful shower gifts I received! I wore it constantly for 6 months and had no issues with the white tabs breaking. I purchased a new Milk Band this spring as I was expecting my second child and my first Milk Band was a little discolored from the constant wear in 2009. My son is only 8 weeks old and already all 4 of the tabs that came with it have broken! I'm not sure why they changed the quality, but I am sorely disappointed. Right now I have moved the tabs from my original bracelet onto this new one, so we'll see how long they last. I am very disappointed in the change in this product and hope they will go back to manufacturing them to last!

Nice idea, but the clips break off too easily
I like the concept of this bracelet, especially the "right" vs. "left" sides of the bracelet so you don't have to switch hands every time you feed. However, the clips break off after just a few days (or maybe a week or so if you're lucky). I've bought several of these and it happens every time. I have another bracelet by Avent that has a very sturdy clip on it and it's been going strong for almost 2 months (but that one requires switching the bracelet from one arm to the other to keep track of left vs. right). I wish I could take the best of the two bracelets...

Simple and great
Very comfortable, fits well, doesn't turn (maybe it will if you have tiny wrists) and very very helpful.I had the Mother's Minder bracelet which didn't work for me. This one fits and functions much better for my needs.Highly recommended.(In response to other reviewer saying it's a chocking hazard... Well, yes, but it's not a toy... If my baby grows to be grabby enough (he's 5 months old) that I can't prevent him from ripping the little sliders off the bracelet I might just take them off completely. What I really need is to somehow remember which side he nursed last as I am not too concerned about timing his feedings. I just sometimes can't remember quick enough which side was last. Darn mommy brain!)Botton line - for the price it's not a risk to give it a try.Happy nursing :)

Good idea, but could be better made
I love the concept for this breastfeeding band. I love that you wear it on one wrist and only have to flip it to indicate the side. I found these very helpful with my second child when I found life much busier. The little plastic clips for time were useless and were completely lost. Good cheap gift for a nursing mom, and a good conversation starter about nursing, but frankly the old hair tie or elastic on the wrist works just as well.

Good idea,but not practical unless...
For nervous first time moms I would recomend this product. For experienced mothers who breast feed, it is not woth the time, trouble or money. La Leche League is a non-profit organization that supports mothers who breastfeed. They can be a GODSEND for first time nursing mothers, I would rather spend my money on a membership to them than a nursing bracelet!

Sliders break.
I long this product and it was very helpful especially in the beginning when I was so sleep deprived but the sliders break. They break within a week of two. I even bought another one and it broke too. Three months into breast feeding now and I don't feel I need the bracelet any more any way.

Great band, cheap plastic sliders.
Great concept and I really like the actual bracelet part. I needed something I could wear while showering. Used for months with my daughter but only giving 3 stars because the plastic white sliders that you use to track the time get weak and break after a few weeks.

Not great
I have used the band for about a month now. I wouldn't highly recommend it. You are supposed to turn it inside out to show which side you last fed on, but I find that when I take a sweater on and off it flips the band inside out. Also after about two weeks the little clips either broke or stretched out and fell off never to be seen again. I still try to use the band but I have to check which side the band is on before putting on a hoodie etc. which is frequent throughout the day with the new mommy hot/cold thing!!

bit of a let down ( excuse the pun)
Harder than you would think to get on and off, the sliders are impractical and hard to use / work out times and lengths of feeds !Also found it was sticky and uncomfy to wear
