IT'S SMALL - EFFECTIVE - AND DOES THE JOB THAT I NEED IT TO DO. USE IT FOR STAGE REHEARSALS BUT COULD EASILY BE USED DURING PERFORMANCES TO SNEAK A BEGINNING PACE WITH THE EAR PLUGS AND NO ONE WOULD BE THE WISER. I DO WISH THE ABILITY TO CHANGE MODES WAS A LITTLE BETTER. IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY IT GETS A BIT FRUSTRATING TO REMEMBER JUST HOW MANY TIMES YOU NEED TO PUSH THE LITTLE BUTTON BUT PERHAPS I'LL GET BETTER WITH CONTINUED USE AS WELL. FOR THE PRICE, SIZE, AND FUNCTIONALITY THAT I REQUIRED - I AM PLEASED.

I bought this specifically for running to keep track of my steps / minute. It is small and light with a belt clip. The tiny speaker is loud enough so don't need to use headphones. Buttons are large enough that I can start and stop it without looking down at it, which is great for a runner. It allows you to set it to the critical 180 beats / minute and also allows for different tones on every other beat so you can use one tone for a left strike and the other for a right strike. It will also go down to 90 beats / minute so you can use it for the number of cycles / minute. All of this for under $15.

This metronome worked okay. It was used daily for several hours. The product will not last if this is how you plan to use it. It broke within a month. The product still works but the display screen is completely useless. Without the ability to use the screen you cannot correctly set the number of counts/ down beat.I'm sure it would work just fine for a long period of time with light use.

A little smaller than I thought it was going to be when it came. Also, prepare to buy a flat battery. Beats sound good, but very distracting with the little runner man that flashes across the screen with each tempo beat. The ear plugs it came with is a little hard on the ear when worn for very long. I suggest using a softer earplug or using it without.

The beeping sound took me a while to get used to since I was hoping for the standard metronome clicks but I'm fine with it now. Love the headphone option and relative ease of setting beats and timing. Does the job!

I'm still trying to figure it out, as theory was never really my thing. But I love the headphones, so only I can hear the metronome and no one else has to put up with it. It's been a good purchase so far!

After a drop the screen was no longer readable. This of course was our fault but it is small, light and not sturdily built. It works, but it is not of a very high quality.

I use it monitoring my kayak paddling rate to verify I won't slow down in a race. It's fantastic - and quite easy to use. As for the headphone buds, they are too large for my ears - there's no way they would hold there.
