Excellent belt
I use this belt 4 times per week. I'm by no means a weight training expert but I find this belt very comfortable and it certainly helps me with squats and deadlifts. I'm 5'9" with 32" waist. I bought the small belt and it fits me perfectly. I'd say this belt is ideal for novice/intermediate level.

Good value weight lifting belt
I purchased this belt as I've injured my back a few times in the gym so wanted to minimise the risk by getting a weightlifting belt.I would say the belt is very good value for money compared with other products. The only slight issue I find is that it could do with an additional belt loop or one that has more movement as the excess from the belt gets in the way when lifting.The product feels like it will be very hard wearing though and last a long time.

Brilliant buy
As usual, I did loads of research and stumbled across this belt. Glad I did, its brilliant. Highly recommend.I am a 36" true waist and went medium, perfect size about 2/3 of the way around the holes, so when I loose a bit off the waist I will sit bang in the middle of the belt.Dont hesitate, get it!
