Outstanding value
I don't want a truck and bass boat, nor do I have the money for them. I also have used a canoe extensively and do not enjoy trying to take one of my young children fishing in it with how uncomfortable it is for me and how limited. So I've saved up for the Stealth Stalker for a while and finally purchased a few weeks ago.I've now used it about 8 times, most times with one child along - I love it though I'd recommend buying the air pump I think you can buy rather than the foot-powered pump I have.Pros:-seats are very comfortable-I have a small car and everything fits in the trunk and the back seat.-even having to pump it up with my feet, total setup time is about 15-20 minutes.-I have to drag it over a few rocks but the construction is so heavy duty (like a Zodiac) that so long as I don't go looking for sharp objects, it seems likely to last.-I don't love use the rod holders a ton, but found them easy to use and convenient when I've tried.Cons:-carrying bag is rather cheap: the metal fasteners break VERY easily, though Sea Stalker replaced my bag for me. If you do not fully deflate (I mean FULLY) the boat and try to muscle the bag shut at all, you'll break the fasteners. I like their instructional video on set up but this would be a good point to add.-carrying bag could be improved by making main straps long enough to hold in one hand or make it to fit on someone's back.-I'm a powerlifter and enjoyed being able to carry a canoe on my head from our old house 100 yards to the pond. The StealthStalker is too awkward to get overhead and carry so I'm forced to take it apart each time. Some sort of carrying mechanism would be a nice addition.-I'm average height (5'8" guy) but the oar locks put the oars just beyond reach of either seat - I have to scooch forward to row comfortably.-boat is a little too small to comfortably swivel around in chair - I have to lift my legs over the side.-also too small to stand easily except in middle; I CAN stand on other sides of chairs, but less stable feeling. With young children, I don't want to stand both of us in the middle. All in all, an outstanding boat I expect to use for years. All in all, for this cost, I love what it enables to do with each of my kids.

I was highly skeptical buying this boat/raft, especially since amazon isn't known for providing reputable boats for sale. Bottom line: for the price, this boat has surpassed my expectations. Here are the pros/cons I experienced from my last duck hunting trip:Pros:1. Easy to transport. I packed the boat in the back of my 2-door jeep and still had room to spare2. Good weight capacity. Carried 2 grown men with all of our gear with no problems (near 750lbs)3. Durable material. No telling how many times we ran over sticks and banked the boat on the side of the lake. No problems4. Comfortable. The swivel seats were nice and there was enough room in the boat to spear out5. Quick set-up. Between me and my hunting partner, we had the boat ready to go within 15mins.Cons.1. Carrying the Boat. Once the boat is ready, it definitely required 2 people to move. Recommend investing in a flat cart if you're by yourself.2. Steering control. The boat definitely glides across the water with ease, but if you'll find difficulty driving in tight spaces. This thing moves like a deer does on ice.If you're afraid to commit, good news is you can return it to amazon with the addition of the three year warranty.

Hard bottom susceptible to wear.
liked the boat for comfort and ease of handling. But it was to heavy for me to handle alone. The main drawback I found was the hard bottom floor projects down lower in the bow of the boat and can't take any rubbing on a hard or rough surface or it will wear the material down. I brought my boat in for a gentle landing against smooth asphalt and it wore the bottom down to the fibers. Also, the short metal piece that joins the hard floor together also projects down below the inflated part of the boat and is subject to wear. I liked the concept of this boat, and had been looking for some time, but need something a little more durable. If the the hard bottom was elevated above the inflated sides it would be a great boat

Swivel Seats dont fit
I just got this yesterday and tried to setup in my garage before taking it out so i know what im getting into. So far its been a nightmare. The initial setup may be worse than subsequent times, so i cant speak to that. Inflating the boat was worse than i anticipated (took at least 15 min with the foot pump), but not the worst thing. Getting the floor boards lined up as much harder than the instruction video. The worst part (which i still havent complete resolved) is getting the seats to snap into the floor board mounts. The engineering here is completely flawed, the size of the opening is smaller than the metal plate, so when you try to insert the seat, it just doesnt fit at all. The mounting screw sticks up and blocks the plate from fitting into the slot. The only way i could get the seats to fit was to loosen the screws that hold the upper steel plates that basically hold the seat plate in place. The seat would then snap into place, but now the screws that hold the outer mounting are loose , and the seat wobbles if you lean in any direction. This is obviously not a long term solution - so i will either have to send this back, or figure out a creative way to get the seats to easily snap in. The other alternative would be to retighten / loosen the screws every time i attach the seats, but that defeats the purpose of the quick disconnect !

LOVELOVELOVE this boat.
This boat takes me anywhere I want to go to fish inshore. I tried it on the gulf but the wind, waves and current fought me a bit much. Glad I added a 55LB trolling motor. The material is very thick and the hard, thick floor is very stable. Plenty of room for me and all my tackle, including crab traps.
