STOP! Do not purchase this item! My one-star is being generous... And it's only because the product arrive before the scheduled arrival date. This product is NOT as advertised. Don't be fooled by the photos... It appears as if the handles/bars are as high as the "model" shoulders or chest, but they drop below the waist which means that you would either have to bend over (in half) to hold on, or walk using your knees. But that's not the worst part of it... The belt sticks at the start of your walk and then speeds at the end, throwing you off the treadmill. In my opinion, they should remove this product from sale, or run the risk of being sued from an injury. And to add insult to injury, DreamlandS offered me $8 to keep the product and to try to sell it to a friend, (perhaps they meant an enemy). After going up from an $8 to a $10 offer to keep it, they finally offered a refund, if I paid to return (ship) the item myself... THEN tried the scare tactic by telling me that shipping will cost the amount of (or more than) the product.RUN AWAY... FAST!Ms. Thomas-

We purchased a treadmill and it was smaller than we thought it would be. We returned it to the company and they were very prompt to refund our money. This appears to be a good and ethical company. We will try them again!

This may have been a really good purchase is it wasn't a safety hazard.You have an incline ( leans down toward bottom of treadmill)at the top of the treadmill. The tread SLIPS DOWNWARD as you step, it stutters as you walk so it slips then grips then slips some more. I couldn't keep my balance without holding the rails (which are very low and flimsy) and never felt completely secure on this machine.I do not recommend purchasing this.The customer service on this item was good but they didn't want to take the time to get it back to them but they gave me half my money back and told me to give it to someone else I know.

I like how light it is, and i prefer the manual treadmill's. I was surprised it didn't go to a complete flat walk. Doesn't bother me though. I have a bad back and since i have been using it i am in less pain.
