Package arrived many weeks later, and when it did, it was wrapped in brown paper and tape. The actual shoe box had gotten soaked completely through to the point of collapsing, and there was approximately two cups of water INSIDE the package. The shoes were each slipped inside fiberglass type shoe bags which somewhat kept them from soaking up more water [as did the actual outer finish of the shoe, being a patent]. Then, after all that, the shoes are too large. It's not worth the time or trouble to try to have them returned or replaced, despite the fact that they are quite lovely in design.

Love them, the perfect show for a work suit. They have a clean, polished look and the heel is just right. They are a tad bit big to not flopping off my feet so I can live with them with a pair of trouser socks and the pad inserts to company included.

the shoes are a good fit if you pick the correct size and good value. Unfortunately the color representations on the site are way off.The 'Pink" looks lavender but is sweetie pink in reality. There are two shades of red shown the darker red (scarlet) is a bright red like the other red.A pity as they are nice shoes but color matters

First, they run big, I always wear a 5.5 and these were still loose on me. Second, they look nice online but once I got them they look like they are made out of plastic, they look so cheap. I am returning them, to which I have to pay shipping now and the box came all beat up and with sand in it.
