I snore like running freight train. I tried ani snoring mouth guards, and they work, but they are uncomfortable, give me a sore jaw and I drool like a fountain. A wet pillow does not help me sleeping. So I tried this. IT WORKS GREAT!!!! It is barely in your mouth, so it make you feel comfortable, I don't drool. You can still breathe through your mouth. You can vary the suction adjusting your tongue. I like it barely on, its more comfortable that way. Yes sometimes it can fall out, but you just put it back in 2 seconds.If you put it on tight, it will not fall out. My wife LOVES it. I wish I knew about this product many years ago. It took only one night to get used to it, by night 3 it is sleeping like a baby ALL NIGHT with no snoring.THANK YOU for possibly saving my marriage. We were talking about separate bedrooms, not anymore, wink wink, nudge nudge!!!

They take a night or two to get used to, but they sure beat the "stick on" ones. I have been using them for about a year and even though they might appear a little expensive up front, they will last a lifetime. I drop them into a solution of diluted orange cleaner, rinse and they are ready to do for another night. I like to breath at night, and believe that this is the way to go if you like oxygen!
