Delicious & nutritious
These grains are delicious I added green peas, pumpkin grated, spinach chopped onions & tomatoes. It's a lot like cous cous but not as light weight so it's very filling & highly nutritious it is said, so win win win..I did lightly fry veg in coconut oil.

Gluten free couscous!!
Once I'd figured out how to cook it to my personal taste (1/4 cup fonio + 2x 1/4 cup boiling water, leave for 5 minutes, 1 minute in microwave, leave for 5 minutes) there's no stopping me! It's just fab to have found a couscous substitute. I'm even using it in my breakfasts which is not something I'd ever thought I'd do!
