I wake up a lot at night and in general haven’t slept well in the last year or so. This blanket really does help. It’s not just that I THINK I sleep better, I actually do. I use my Apple Watch to track sleep patterns and sleep quality. I can actually see in the data charts when I bought this blanket and how my sleep improved. I sleep deeper and wake up much less (it’s rare now). My sleep quality went from an average of 54% to 89% most nights now. Would definitely recommend this blanket!

After reading an article on facebook about how weighted blankets can help adults with anxiety, I decided to try this out. I was super skeptical. DONT BE. I suffer from being unable to fall asleep because I am rethinking the entire day and how I could have done better. When this snuggles over me, I feel so comfortable and safe... it was a dream purchase. It's soft to the touch and not TOO heavy but just enough to feel like a cooling hug. The best part for me, is that immediately after opening it my cat jumped on it, no nails through the fabric and the hair came right off with just a wipe of my hand. I will be suggesting this to all my anxiety ridden friends.

I’ve known about weighted blankets and their effectiveness for children/people with Autism since I am a teacher of students with varying exceptionalities. My husband has some difficulty sleeping consistently and I have some anxiety issues. This blanket has helped us both tremendously. He sleeps with it on every night and swears he hasn’t had issues sleeping since it arrived over a week ago. I also take naps in-between teaching and coaching and it has allowed me to relax and calm my anxiousness. I highly recommended this and thinking I am going to order another so we each have our own!

Purchased weight for 120 lb. frame, with osteoarthritis and restless sleep pattern. Initial trial seems very effective. However, lifting and manipulating the entire weight is a slight problem for 4’ 9” frame aged 77 years!!

I received two separate shipments, first was the blanket so I used that the first nite. I was surprised that first nite in that i did not change positions slept on my back the whole nite. I woke not stiff or tired and my day ended wondering if the second nite would be the same. The second day I received the cover, I was a disappointed on the quality of the cover it had dirt spots and several uncut threads hanging that indicated to me as a quick sew job! The fabric was quality just the assembly. Once the blanket was inside and tied to the cover there is still lots of shifting of the blanket, it is a 20lb and I find it does shift inside. After a week of using the set I am rested and feel that I am getting a better sleep..

I tried it out immediately last night and this is definitely a new and unique experience. The weight doesn't feel too heavy on the body yet it made me feel grounded to the bed! Also I couldnt really feel the glass beads in the blanket, they must be really small which is comfortable. I usually have insomnia but I slept the whole way through. Color looks great too!

The blanket is well constructed. The smaller pockets help the weight to be distributed so much more evenly! We have another weighted blanket that has 6 inch squares instead of the 4 inch and you can noticeably tell the difference. Will be back to order more!

We had a little inventory snafu with the vendor and Amazon, but sSnooze were amazing to deal with and made it more than right.The blanket is very well made, love how each compartment is small, so that the weight stays evenly distributed in the blanket!!Love it!
