This is an absolutely enchanting book from SARK which will cure you of any guilty feelings you have about taking a nap now and again. We had lost track of our original copy following a move and it was a very smart decision to invest in another copy, since we pick it up now and again just to read a paragraph or two for inspiration!

I've read several reviews about SARKs books that claim they repeat each other or are all the same. As the proud owner of seven of her books, I will have to respectfully disagree. Each of her books have their own 'personality' (for lack of a better word). I LOVE her books, and honestly I think everyone ought to read them! SARK = Happy Place. A breath of fresh air! Enjoy!

Indeed, it won't change your life, at least I humbly don't think so. But it will give you permission to NAP, NAP, NAP, anytime, anywhere. So, if you need permission, you will certainly enjoy this little book. Sark is delightful reading. Seller is great.

I read this book in one day and took a nap in between. I read parts out loud to my husband who always asks me why am I so tired? It's not that I'm tired - I'm just renewing myself! I love how I feel when I wake up from a nap. Thank you SARK for showing me I am not alone in my nap-seeking ways.

This is a great book... absolutely enjoyed it. However, it is for adults NOT children. Artistic, thoughtful, healing, thought -provoking, great additional resources in back of book
