When I ordered the lunch bag, I didn’t realize how big it’s going to be, but I’m honestly not upset about it. It means I can fit more into the lunch bag, which is always a nice thing! The bag itself is super cute. I love the design and color. The quality is very good, and it’s super easy to clean (inside and outside). I usually just wipe it down with a wet cloth or a wipe. It keeps my food warm/cold until my lunch time. And I love how there’s a little slot inside the bag for me to put my silverware in and a pouch on the outside to put miscellaneous things like my phone or keys in

I got this lunch bag, because it looked durable, cute, and chic. It was my mistake for not checking the dimensions on the bag. Though it is very large(in my opinion), It is very good for events such as track, crosscountry, and basketball games and meets. I can pack a whole lots of snacks, along with lunch and dinner. It keeps food cold, and stores a lot. My only complaint, and why I gave this product four stars, is because when I put in ice packs to keep my food cold, the ice packs melt, and in return, soaks the bag through. I don't Enjoy this particular feature, but other than that, its a great bag!

Great lunchbag! It’s larger than I guessed, but that means it fits all my food containers and even the travel mug. Seems sturdy with everything in it. Easy to clean and helps prevent spills. I haven’t tested it’s ability to keep lunch warm or cold, I just use it to carry to work in the morning, and it stays cold for 30 minutes. I love it!

My return window ended 2/3/21. I’ve been totally happy with this purchase until yesterday, 2/5/21. The inside silver lining has completely ripped apart on 1 side. I checked the other side and it’s starting to rip, too!I can’t say how disappointed I am in the quality and that I can’t exchange it for another. It is obviously a manufacturing quality control issue.

This lunch box is HUGE. Purchased for my daughter and that’s the first thing several new people said to her on the first day of school. That’s great if you have a ton of stuff to hold. But it’s so big ifbyou don’t have a ton of stuff you food will not stay cold with how much room is in it. I guess that’s a plus for some but it’s a negative for me.

I have had this bag for about two weeks. It's a lot larger than expected. I can not only fit my lunch, but can lay my 48 oz. water bottle in it, as well! I imagine the plastic fabric will clean up easy, but I can foresee it cracking as time goes on. I definitely wish there was a similar bag made from canvas. However, I am happy with that I received for my $10.

Great size, but does not stay cold. I put two ice packs in with it and by noon, my food isn’t at a well kept temp.

I bought this late August. The top stitch came loose. I only use this 2-3 times a week. We will see if they stand by their warranty.Update: They did stand by their warranty and credited me back my money. Nice to see a company that actually stands by their words.

The colour is not what is shown in the picture. It is a dark navy blue (almost black). Also, there is no inside pocket as shown in the picture.
