The best vitamin I've ever taken. Gives me so much energy. The taste takes some getting used to but the benefits are well worth it.

I used to think Geritol was for 100 year-olds. It's a great supplement and I can tell it gives me more energy. Hope this items is never discontinued as so many other great products are. The taste is not fantastic, it's like a cross between prune and orange peel with a slight hint of iron. I can imagine it could be a lot worse as it has to mask the minerals/vitamins and it's not that bad that it puts me off. I take it every day and for me it's better than taking more pills.

I've been taking this for years. Sometimes I take a break from it until I realize I'm super exhausted, start experiencing headaches, long heavy cycles and my hair feels extra dry and breaks easily. Those to me are key signs that my iron is low. I take this for three days and instantly I feel normal again. (Don't stop at the days just give it three days to see the difference in your body) It takes some time for my hair to regulate but everything else goes back to normal almost instantly. Geritol is great for iron as well as B vitamins. I see people complain about the taste but after years of taking this the taste doesn't bother me... Even if it did, the way it makes me feel so amazing I wouldn't stop taking it just because it doesn't taste like candy. I take a capful a day and drink lemon water to help with the absorption of iron. It's works 100% for me. Very easy and effective

I’m almost finished with my 1st bottle and here are my thoughts/results:The taste is very strong and can be hard to stomach for most. The reason for this is the brewers yeast that’s in this. When I first smelled it, it smelled stinky but familiar and when I saw brewers yeast on the label that’s when it clicked. I used to give my dogs brewers yeast supplements and that is the exact smell. I’ve learned to deal with this by pouring the 15ml into the measuring cap and adding water to the rest of it. I have 30 ml cups I use. Throw it back quickly and then vigorously rinse my mouth out with a cap of water twice. Then, I gargle and swish to finish removing all presence of the taste out my mouth. You can try brushing your teeth after to really get it out.Ok, so taste aside, I feel like my energy levels have definitely improved as I have problems with my b-12, vitamin d levels and iron. The end of this week will be 4 weeks for me. I can’t say anything about hair and nail growth, which prompted me to try it as it takes a long time for a supplement to work on that level, but I definitely feel different in a good way. My joints don’t ache as much and my mood has improved. Vitamin deficiency can play a role in mood and I noticed a difference. I don’t sleep any better, it seems like I can’t go to sleep like I want to. I’m staying up longer, starting this past week. I still take a vitamin d3 supplement in conjunction with this so I don’t know if this affected my energy as well.This is my first liquid vitamin and I think that made a huge difference in my absorption of the vitamins. I have problems with malabsorption due to digestive issues which caused my deficiencies. The liquid seemed to work better than the gummy and sublingual vitamins I take. I’m going to finish this bottle but due to the taste, I’m going to try the geritol pills and see if I have the same results. I don’t know what else I could mix this with to cover the smell/taste. Good value for your money, just wish it tasted betterSidenote: Brewers yeast can cause an increase in appetite, it does for me, so be mindful of the time of day you take it to avoid being hungry. I take it early in the evening so I’m asleep and don’t notice it. I rather wake up hungry than go to bed hungry.

I’ve been using this liquid iron and vitamin supplement for a few weeks now, and I can already feel a difference in my energy levels and overall well-being. I'm older and I remember my grandmother using Geritol. I'd been having trouble keeping my iron up and I really didn't want to have another pill to take, so I thought I would give Geritol a try. Geritol liquid also has B vitamins which I think is a bonus. I will point out, it's not sugar free, it has 7g of added sugars- 14%. To me, the taste reminds me of black licorice but the bottle says natural and artificial flavors. It comes with a dosing cup making it totally easy to take. I feel that due to the positive benefits, the price is totally worth it!

I pray, to the heavens above, that the package change does NOT mean they've tinkered with the formula or ingredients!!! "They" may not have liked you all calling it a tincture for "tired blood", but MY blood LOVES this stuff. Just the way it is. My hemoglobin is finally at a 10 and I feel normal!! I'll be so disappointed if I find that you've changed the formula. This is the only thing that has worked to bring my iron up.

After taking it for 3 days, our vitamin B deficiency seems to be much improved. We have noticed more energy and less mental tiredness. The taste is not as "pleasant tasting" as the bottle says. It tastes like spoiled molasses... So plan to drink or eat something more delicious right after as the energy is worth it. It doesn't leave my shaky like I feel with caffeine.
