A perfect top for Renn Faire. Light weight for under a corset on a hot, sunny shire day. It is VERY large which again is fine for under a corset but I would never wear this by itself and really if you are petite person, you will be SWIMMING in this. But for heavier or bustier faire lovers like myself, it's perfect. I was a little afraid that with my thicker upper arms that the sleeves might be tight but the elastic is very stretchy. Also should be noted that the fabric is thin. Very thin. It makes the top super see through so if you are planning on wearing an under-bust corset, for modesty sake I highly recommend a flesh color bra as a must.

I'm 5'7 and 280 pounds with a DD cup, this fits, and almost perfectly.The color is not as "bright" as the picture more of a dusty purple, still very pretty and still in the range of what I wanted but if your looking for that bright purple this isnt it.The cloth is SO thin and while thats going to be nice at my upcoming summer event I'm going to have to wear pasties for modesties sake

I order the black version, and while the elastic neck was as expected, it doesn't stay off the shoulders like I had hoped. It's not that it's too tight, it's not loose enough to keep it there. When you move your arms in any way, the elastic just pops right back up. Which was fine for my costume needs. The material is extremely thin, but that is perfect for wearing as an undergarment for the layering effect under corset or gowns. I love the sleeves! I wish I had ordered the corset to go over it, but instead I ordered the elastic waisted velcro closure sold here on Amazon, and while it was very comfortable to wear and fit great it doesn't have the support from boning to keep it from wrinkling or curling the elastic band while sitting. I love this blouse/shirt/peasant dress thing. I used an iron set to the coolest cotton setting to iron the wrinkles out. I wore a hot pink pushup bra under it and while the black is still sheer, you could not see what color the bra was under it.

The dress itself is fairly large. I’m typically a 1X or a 2X and a size 14 pant and it fit me just fine with extra room. The only real problems I have is that it’s super thin material, the material feels almost like the outside of a diaper, and the stitching in the shoulders is really tight. If you want to wear this to the renaissance festival, you’re going to need a slip underneath it. And be careful pulling it out of the package because it will easily rip! It’s kind of itchy material as well.I’m not sure if this is just my issue because I have moderately sized shoulders, but it doesn’t work as an off-the-shoulder top for me. The stitching in the shoulders is WAY too tight for that. If you’re a smaller size (Small-Medium-Large) this will be fine for you. If you’re a little bit of a bigger woman (or man) and you hope to wear this, the dress itself will fit fine, but if you’re hoping to wear it off-the-shoulder I would not recommend this.This also isn’t good for more than 1 or 2 uses. After that I don’t really think it’d be worth much.

I bought this for my myself a Renaissance Faire. The long flowy sleeves were definitely a hit at the Faire. The shirt is very loose fitting, so keep that in mind for whatever you are planning to wear it for. I wore mine under a corset and a big flowy skirt, so the size was not an issue. I would recommend this product.

This is a VERY cute item, and generously made! I am 5'9" and worried that this might be too short to wear out over an under skirt. It is a very NICE length for that (with corset or waist sash over it).The cut of this is lovely. The fabric is a tad shear, so plan accoringly.

I'm a big (wide) lady, and this blouse is huge. It's also extremely long (past my knees; I'm 5'2), and it's see through. Basically, it's more a nightgown than a blouse. All that being said, it's actually very pretty and I'm going to see if I can do some alterations on it to make it fit better.
